The Opportunity

Louder requires an experienced and proven AdOps specialist to support the Programmatic, Search and Social services for Louder’s clients. This includes Louder’s Google Marketing Platform (GMP) reseller services that oversees annual spends in the tens of millions or the campaign operations side where Louder directly manages digital media spend to achieve successful advertising outcomes for clients.

The right candidate will be able to conduct campaign design, build, approval, troubleshooting, QA, measurement, audience and attribution approaches that includes the creative strategy approach.

Job Responsibilities

Campaign Operations (Creative)

  • Campaign management and delivery:

    • Responsible for the end-to-end build and delivery of advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts including strategy, implementation, delivery and reporting.

    • Responsible for the campaign operations strategy and campaign delivery design

      • Translating a media brief to a creative and campaign operations plan

      • Implementation of campaign design and execution

      • Implementation measurement and audience creation

  • End-to-end process delivery on GMP creative & operations Solutions

    • Google Web Designer (GWD)

      • Produce creative templates

      • Support creative stakeholders who may be from client creative teams or appointed creative agencies.

      • HTML5 and Rich Media troubleshooting

  • Google Creative Studio (Display, Video & App)

    • Smart Versioning

    • API feed creation and ongoing optimisation

    • Google Sheets based feed creation

    • Rule build & management

  • Google DV360

    • Provide creative support for DV360 hosted created hosted formats

    • Build of ads within DV360’s Ad Canvas including, Native Ads, Video, Feed, Re-marketing, Data Driven.

  • Troubleshoot issues and perform business and implementation reviews, advocate new approaches, solutions and thinking.

Ad Operations (AdOps)

  • Campaign management and delivery mainly in CM360 but may include Flashtalking and AppNexus.

    • Campaign setup - including package, placement, ad and creative builds (including dynamic, rich media and HTML5)

    • Floodlights and audience lists

    • Reporting - analyse performance and provide optimisation recommendations to clients.

    • Publisher format troubleshoot including nuances of AdServing vs. site serving.

    • Google Ads Policy Knowledge (Eg. Health, Government, Political, Alcohol, Gambling)

  • Measurement and Attribution

    • Floodlight

    • Attribution model selection

    • Integration with GA360 and Ads Data Hub

    • Log Level Data Transfer

  • Troubleshoot issues and perform business and implementation reviews, advocate new approaches, solutions and thinking

Training & Support

  • Louder internal training and team development on AdOps best-practice

  • Client training including the creation and confident delivery of a training framework for creative and adops education.

  • Dedicated support desk expert on Google Marketing Platform (GMP):

    • Campaign Manager 360 (AdOps) - inc. Floodlight & Audiences

    • Google Web Designer (Campaign Ops)

    • Google Creative Studio (inc. building feeds, execution of retargeting)

    • Display & Video 360 Ad Canvas Creative (creative template builds, strategic knowledge of ad formats)

  • Assist in developing Louder IP - proprietary campaign processes and workflows, such as campaign build and strategy execution, programmatic deal management and Ad tech selection to increase campaign efficiency and improve performance.

Skills

Mandatory:

  • Proof of successful certificates in both CM360 Exam and Google Creative Certification Exam.

  • Bachelor-level education in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Advertising, etc.

  • Practical experience in GMP including Campaign Manager 360, Google Creative Studio and Google Web Designer.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a media agency or in-house team relating to the AdOps skillset.

  • Strong analytical and logic-based problem solving skills.

  • Creation of Media Plans (Programmatic, Social, Video & Native Social) and appropriately structuring the campaigns in CM360 and creative tools to execute those plans.

  • Proven presentation and communication skills with the ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.

  • Digital marketing and general advertising industry knowledge.

Beneficial:

  • Experienced and Google certified in DV360 (including deal setup).

  • Non-Google AdServer and creative platforms such as Flashtalking, Sizmek, Adobe Media Optimizer, Adobe Animate.

  • Experience in VIOOH, Native, Mobile format.

  • Implementation experience of tagging strategies including Floodlights, GA goals, etc.

  • Jira and Confluence experience.

  • Motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment; at ease working as part of a team of highly talented professionals.

  • Comfortable working with multiple media solutions and associated data solutions (Google Cloud specifically Big Query).
