The Opportunity

Louder has an opportunity for an experienced Paid Search professional to join the Louder team either in Melbourne or Sydney. The role involves the setup, optimisation and reporting of campaigns along with providing search solutions support to Louder Platform clients. The right candidate will have at least 3 years’ direct experience working on high-performance multi-national campaigns across a variety of industries.

Louder is a certified partner for many of the major tech vendors such as Google and Adobe, giving fantastic exposure to many of the world’s leading advertising and marketing platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Management - develop and maintain approaches for Louder’s Operations team to deliver consistent and high-standard service to its clients.
    • Client on-boarding for new Louder clients, or existing clients onto new platforms or services.

    • Maintain high standards of client service across all forms of communications both face-to face and remote.

    • Interpret client needs (e.g. declared or inferred) and respond with appropriate services that are in the client’s best-interest.

    • Ensure that Louder’s Project Management Framework is followed by the Operations team, this includes Standups, client WIPs, QBRs, and maintaining systems of record such as Jira, Confluence and Trello.

  • Business Development
    • Develop the annual Operations business plan with support from Louder COO.

    • Participate in Louder new business process including pitch and proposal support.

    • Develop Pricing Sheets and Statements of Work for client approval.

    • Work with the respective product leads in continuous improvement of Louder’s product offerings.

  • Paid Search Management
    • Develop Paid Search campaigns that suitably deliver against client business and marketing objectives.

    • Provide support to clients via Louder’s Support Desk. Clients include enterprise advertisers, publishers and independent media agencies.

    • Produce reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) inclusive of campaign and strategic insights and recommendations, as requested by Louder team and clients.

    • Apply experience and initiative to develop Louder processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness as required.

    • Assist and support other projects, as requested by Louder team.

Skills

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor-level education in business, marketing or similar.

  • 3+ years experience executing national Paid Search performance campaigns.

  • High level analytical skills including Google Sheets/Excel - advanced functions and pivot tables.

  • Production of professional-level deliverables including creation of presentations and documentation in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Client facing experience and effective communication skills.

  • Digital media strategy experience, be that campaign, audience, publisher, platform.

    • Search Ads 360.

      • Design specifications.

      • Implementation.

      • Operations / Execution.

    • AdWords and Bing.

  • Google certified in Google Ads and SA360.

  • Must be fully Covid vaccinated.

Beneficial:

  • Experience on executing multi-national / multi-lingual Paid Search campaigns.

  • Data skills such as SQL and Google APIs.

  • Experience working with platforms with the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) suite and how Paid Search can take advantage of these platforms for the clients’ benefit.

  • Operational experience of how owned and earned activities (such as SEO) complement paid activity.

  • Business consulting experience including auditing, transformation definition, change management and process enablement.
