The Opportunity

Louder requires a skilled Paid Search Operations Consultant to join the Louder team in either Melbourne or Sydney.

The role involves the setup, optimisation and reporting of campaigns along with providing search solutions support to Louder Platform clients. The right candidate will have at least 1 years’ direct experience working on high-performance campaigns across a variety of industries.

Louder is a certified partner for many of the major tech vendors such as Google and Adobe, giving fantastic exposure to many of the world’s leading advertising and marketing platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ad Ops: Assist in campaign planning, design, and management
    • Provide support to clients on the Louder Platform support desk. Clients include enterprise advertisers, leading publishers and independent media agencies.

    • Produce reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) inclusive of campaign and strategic insights and recommendations, as requested by Louder team and clients.

    • Lead operational management and monitoring of paid search campaigns across search engines (Goog Ads, Bing Ads and others if required) and bid management platforms (SA360 and others if necessary) within Louder’s project portfolio.

    • Audit and analyse performance for existing clients and recommend optimisations based on best practices and hygiene standards set by Louder.

  • Product Development: Grow Louder’s capabilities
    • Apply experience and initiative to develop Louder processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness as required.

    • Develop automation and improve client adoption of advanced search management (bid strategies, inventory management, ad templating, etc).

    • Support client implementation in testing new betas from tech partners and publishers to create IP to be shared internally and to the industry.

    • Work with Louder consultants to design and deliver industry-leading Search solutions.

  • Consulting: Focus on client first approach and maximise service value
    • Display a consultative and insightful approach to clients’ needs and problems. Delivers high levels of account service to clients on day-to-day operational elements.

    • Improve client maturity by providing data-led recommendations on best measurement setup (attribution analysis, cross environment impact, campaign quality assessment…).

    • Works directly with Louder’s partners, suppliers and publishers to be continually updated on the latest technology, platform features and offerings and recommend, when relevant, latest innovations that best suit the clients’ needs.

    • Work with Louder consultants to provide channel specific audience strategy and support the technical deployment of the various paid search audience products.

    • Assist and support other projects, as requested by Louder team.

Skills

Mandatory:

  • 1 + years in Digital Media team (either in-house or agency) with Paid Search focus

  • High level analytical skills including Excel - advanced functions and pivot tables

  • Production of professional-level deliverables including creation of presentations and documentation in Microsoft Office SuiteDigital media strategy experience, be that campaign, audience, publisher, platform

  • Must be fully Covid vaccinated
